Melody Design Co. was launched in January 2015 by Melody Shepherd, as a venture to expand her freelance graphic design work.

Melody has been doing some freelance graphic design work on the side since completing my Bachelor of Visual Communication (majoring in Graphic Design) through UniSA in 2007.

Melody went on to study a graduate diploma of Art Teaching through Monash University and has been working as an Art Teacher for the past 7 years, she also works as the graphic designer for her school.

Melody Design Co. specialises in business cards, logos and invitation designs with a 'simple and sweet' design aesthetic.

Primarily, my work has been gained through friends, family and word of mouth but I have been increasing my social media presence with Instagram over the last few months to try to gain a wider reach of clientele in the Adelaide area. I particularly enjoy creating logos for new small businesses and whimsical yet sophisticated wedding invitations.

Melody charges relatively low rates due to this being my creative outlet outside of her full time work.
